Summary of role:
This role is responsible for the operation, planning and implementation of new measures relating to our property handling website (“Property Search”), which is expected to make significant contributions to generating new leads. 
In cooperation with relevant sales departments, and third parties, the successful candidate will be expected to improve website access and conversion rates, plan and execute new services using the platform, as well as undertake monitoring and reporting tasks.   

Key responsibilities:
  • Refine the website based on access and conversion improvements, 
  • Analysis of internal and external websites, 
  • Communication and negotiation with various stakeholders regarding website operations, 
  • Setting, monitoring & reporting of various indicators, 
  • Market & Competitor analysis for new service development, 
  • Planning, process design and implementation of new service development, 
  • Web platform optimization


Required knowledge & skills:
  • Experience of communicating with internal & external parties to promote projects, 
  • Experience in planning and executing measures based on numerical analysis, 
  • Skill in document creation, such as summaries, reports, proposals, etc. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), 
  • Web Marketing Experience (over 3 years), 
  • Google Analytics etc. access analysis tool experience, 
  • SEO experience, 
  • Knowledge or experience of listing or display advertisements , 
  • Experience of client development, utilizing marketing automation tools, 
  • Mail magazine operating experience, 
  • Experience of planning and producing articles, white papers, etc. , 
  • HTML / CSS basic knowledge

Beneficial knowledge & skills:
  • Business level English,  
  • Upper business level Japanese, 
  • Experience in commercial real estate brokerage, or related business. (industry knowledge, or taken qualification, etc.), 
  • Experience in promoting new businesses or services, 
  • Corporate sales experience, 
  • B2B Marketing experience
