We have a short term opportunity for an Admin Assistant to join our HR team, helping to transition personnel records to an electronic data management solution. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all documentation is scanned, quickly and accurately onto our electronic systems maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Prepare documents for scanning, indexing, and verifying records accurately
Batch documents in correct order using document types and tracking numbers
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and develop efficient processes
Attention to detail while working with large amounts of data
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Fluent in English language - skilled in written and oral communications
