Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day technical support to users in IT troubleshooting and computer issues resolution
  • Provide support in IT hardware / software installation, administration and maintenance.
  • Troubleshooting of standard applications
  • Provide hardware and software training to users when necessary
  • Provide guidance to users on the usage of PC hardware and software
  • Report problems concerning system help desk and related areas
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other IT related fields
  • 1-4 years experiences in helpdesk or related fields
  • IT-literate (hardware and software)
  • Proficient in end-user support and administration in Microsoft Windows Client and Microsoft Office environment
  • Able to do multi-tasks at the same time with good time management skills
  • Able to work offsite.
  • Service-minded with effective communication skills
  • Have good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good command of English
