We currently have a Facilities Manager opportunity with one of our banking clients in Hong Kong. The client’s portfolio includes office buildings and retail branches. Leading the team as a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for providing professional solution to the client including office planning, repair and maintenance works, renovation projects, facilities upgrade, etc.
You are also the point of contact between different internal and external stakeholders for CBRE’s delivery of FM services to the client in Hong Kong.
We are looking for candidate ideally with:
- Related Qualifications in Facilities Management/Building Services Engineering or equivalent;
- Experienced in providing FM hard services, building services engineering;
- Prior team management experience and able to interact with employees at different levels;
- Candidate with also DMC/BMO knowledge is an advantage.
