Key Responsibilities
  • Timely response, follow-up and closure regarding client inquiries and concerns
  • End to end management of work orders and assignment of tasks to the relevant stakeholders to ensure job are carried out timely and effectively
  • Ensure that all documents (e.g. purchase orders, invoices, etc) submitted by vendors are accurate and in line with SOP
  • Management of contracts (i.e. janitorial, landscaping and M&E, etc) and suppliers
  • Provide assistance with basic office moves and work with the project team during on-site projects, providing assistance where necessary
  • Site co-ordinating work which includes raising of purchase orders , maintenance of account filing system, arrangement of meetings, checking of overtime claim, etc
  • Ensure that the Annual Site Plan is maintained at all times to identify when statutory works, meetings and other key events are being carried out
  • Administrative support on Project execution and planning scope
Job Requirements
  • Minimum NITEC in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services or related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management environment
  • Operational experience of managing EHS and Quality Systems
  • Intermediate level proficiency in MS Excel, Words, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in managing stakeholders - Contracts, Vendors, and Customers
