Here is a snapshot of your day:
  • Assist the National Sustainability Manager with the NABERS rating programs including site visits, compiling documentation, data entry and reporting
  • Monitor compliance to the Commercial Building Disclosure
  • Manage environmental risk factors for minimisation of risk to clients, tenants and CBRE
  • Monitor and advise on legislative changes.
Here are some of the strengths you'll possess and the background you need to be successful: 
  • Engineering Degree Qualifications  or progress towards completion of a degree with a passion for sustainability 
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of environmental legislation and NABERS principles
  • Super communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
