  • Take inbound and outbound calls in regard to processing of service request, based on the assigned language capability.
  • Provide follow up with vendors in accepting of updating status of work orders.
  • Assist and support in processing offline task on a daily basis, Flexibility in processing multiple task ad be able to complete all assigned within service level agreement.
  • Make himself available to take calls as much as possible to meet the Service Level Agreement with clients.
  • Adhoc duties assigned by leadership team from time to time.
  • Responsible in utilizing company's available facilities with due diligence and proper care.
  • Establish and maintain a good interpersonal relationship with the colleagues inside and outside the contact center team.
  • Adher to schedule of activities indicated in TotalView Work Force Management. 


  • Preferably with experience in call center.
  • Excellent in English-Spanish communications skills (oral and written).
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship management, customer service and consultation skills.
  • Ability to analyze problems and provide assistance for resolution.
  • Above average typing speed (36 or above per minute).
  • Ability to work independently and exhibit a superior customer service attitude.
  • Must be a good team player.
  • Must be well-organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks and posses good time management.
  •  Must be a good team player.
