Extensive .NET development experience (with some preferred customer/business-facing experience).
Proven experience in developing applications and web parts for SharePoint Online with O365/ SharePoint 2016 / SharePoint 2013
Microsoft PowerApps, Flow, Power BI
Working knowledge of TFS or other source code solutions.Working knowledge of JIRA or other agile development solutions
Experience of working in Agile development team – Candidates with Agile Certificate are preferred.
Producing regular and detailed progress reports to management, including information which may impact target achievements or service delivery.
Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or extensive on-the-job application development experience.
Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies.
Significant architectural design and application development experience.
Experience with integrating disparate systems.
Business process/workflow analysis and/or training experience a plus.
Project management, team leadership and mentoring experience a plus.
Strong in-person and written customer communication skills.
Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of the department or business goals.Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
