Key Responsibilities
? To deliver high quality, prompt and courteous facility management service in support of client’s needs in a safe working environment.
? On-time deliver monthly report and any other operation report as needed.
? Communication: site communication for service update and any other operation related notification, reporting
? Cleaning: Supervise the cleaning of pantry, office area, meeting room, reception area and washroom. Ensure the supply of consumables. Find out potential improvements and provide solutions to ensure a good working environment. Communicate with cleaning supplier to make the cleaning standard reach agreement and keep improving service level to meet client’s request. Review KPI with cleaning supplier monthly.
? Landscaping: Supervise the leasing plants are in a good work order. Monitor the landscaping maintenance service to keep the plants and lawns growing luxuriant. Contact with the vendor to change withered plants to beautify the environment. Assist clients to lease/buy flowers and plants. Check for the expense settlement.
? Documentation: Base on the documentation process, be responsible to record client’s materials. Cooperate with the clients to access the documents based on the process. Coordinate with relevant staff to destroy the documents based on the process when needed.
? Car fleet management: including admin car supervise
? Vendor management: operation related vendor management, including but not limit to soft service vendor
? Assist clients to monitor budget. Assist to receive and verify the monthly statement.
