Primary Duties
  • Be Proactive and Positive work Attitude (can do attitude)
  • Day to day operation of plant equipment’s
  • To minimize interruptions by close monitoring of all electrical & mechanical system and equipment’s
  • Attend to complaints and perform break maintenance, corrective maintenance, predictive maintenance and preventive maintenance work
  • To planned and execute all preventive and corrective maintenance work
  • To work with all customer within the organization
  • To improve equipment current status and reliability
  • Take initiative to resolve problems
  • To inform Plant Engineer and use re-call procedure to activate contractors if critical equipment failed
  • Must be Hands On man
  • Able to work in team
  • Reclaim and Central Waste operation and maintenance
Secondary Duties
  • To supervise all planned PM’s and to ensure all procedures are followed as required
  • To collect plant & building data and update log sheet
  • To maintain all equipment records and drawing under ownership
  • Maintain spare part list and up date
  • Update standard operating procedure
  • Update next shift Technical Staffs on all work done and outstanding works to follow up
  • Maintain proper control of all filing and service reports
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Familiar with CP-5, LT distribution system, MSB, MCC, DB’s, SSB, PLC’s, Soft Starters and VSD
  • Able to handle electrical trouble shooting
  • Able to read and understand electrical drawings
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD preferred, not essential 
  • Programming knowledge in PLC preferred (Omron/AB)
  • Knowledge in SCADA systems
  • Experience in ACMV (Air-condition and  Mechanical Ventilation) system
  • Knowledge in fire protection system
  • Knowledge in Compressed dry air systems
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD preferred, not essential
  • Knowledge in pneumatic and hydraulic systems
  • Knowledge in SCADA systems
  • Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Building Services or Facility Management with minimum of 2 years of experience
  • NITEC in Electrical, Air-con or Building Services with minimum of 4 years of experience
