ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leads Issues identification and analysis of current solutions and processes in place, which includes planning of HR process improvements to facilitate movement to new levels of quality with in HRIS.
  • Identifies and understands issues, problems and opportunities of improvement in HR Processes.
  • Analyses data from different sources to draw conclusions on issues
  • Develops appropriate solutions and with its pros and cons
  • Utilizes interpersonal skills when working with various customers and peers to accomplish tasks
  • Collaborates with local and global functional and technical teams to coordinate HR system enhancements; application upgrade or fixes; and other HRIS projects
  • Provides production support, including researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
  • Maintains awareness of current trends in HRIS with a focus on HRIS products / technologies like PeopleSoft HCM, Taleo, Oracle Compensation and its development, delivery and support, and applying these technology capabilities for design solutioning
  • Performs process review analysis with HR business users and several other HR team members, including documenting current processes and designing new processes to take advantage of technology and new features
  • Knowledge and ability to understand, use and administer the organization's new technology practices, standards and procedures.
  • Analyze and document business processes, fit-gap analysis, inefficiencies and risks to determine appropriate process and system design
  • Identify gaps between current and future state of business processes and prioritize opportunities to improving processes
  • Lead and facilitate business user meetings to gather process information. Assist others in understanding the flow of information/processes and data through systems

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 

  • Bachelor’s degree (Information Systems or Computer Science or HR Business Administration) and/or equivalent combination of work experience 
  • 7+ years of technical/functional experience with PeopleSoft HCM  

SKILLS AND ABILITIES 

  • Experience as a Functional Analyst on PeopleSoft 9.2 with Absence Management, MSS & ESS or on Taleo Requisition, Taleo Pre-Boarding Management, Taleo Offer Management
  • Experience on integration and interface between Taleo and other ERP systems will be beneficial
  • Proficient in using Microsoft applications like MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio 
  • Understanding of JIRA Tool and working experience in Agile Methodology is preferred
