Here’s a snapshot of your day;
  • Manage the reception area by providing 5 - star service whilst meeting and greeting all clients and visitors 
  • Manage incoming telephone calls, emails, enquiries and coordinating audio visual equipment and meetings 
  • Manage the beverage systems and meeting room booking systems
  • Provide administrative support to the guest relations team  
  • Ensure all rooms are in an orderly manner and report maintenance issues as required
