  • Develop the condominium for sales
  • Handle and follow up inquiries from clients for condominium.
  • Sales and Marketing plan and action to develop the services.
  • Maintain and develop the relationship with the developers and clients.
  • Join the meeting with landlord / clients as requirement.
  • Supervise, train and monitor the staff in the team.
  • Have university diploma
  • Dynamic driven young Vietnamese national
  • Able to deal with multinational customers and developers.
  • Excellent communication in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong negotiator with the ability to source and close business deals
  • Experience in working as sales manager or equivalent position in real estate industry
  • Have sound understanding of geography, resorts and hospitality
  • Have a sound knowledge of the property market, particularly sales and purchase of property
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, train and motivate a commissioned sales force.
  • Willingness to learn and work hard
  • Computer literacy, good presentation skill
