Gold Coast based with opportunity to sell in to projects across South East Queensland
We currently have an opportunity for a Channel sales manager to join our CBRE Residential Projects Division on the Gold Coast. This is a highly successful and expanding area of our business. The division specialises in off the plan sales and marketing of residential projects, and provides specialist services for developers, including site identification, high and best use studies, market research and strategic sales and marketing campaigns.

Here’s what we want from you:

•Be a great sales person! You’ll need to be proactive, able to build rapport and close a deal. 

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• Channel sales experience with strong relationships with existing channel sales partners
•Hold a current drivers licence and a car
•Availability to work both Saturday and Sunday
•Mandarin speaking is advantageous but not essential for this role
