With continued expansion of our business, we have built a Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence based in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. This is an exciting opportunity for HR professionals to join our team. Successful candidates will support the recruiting function by administering the post-offer employment process from job offer to onboard.
- Creates and extends offer letters to candidates in Asia Pacific Countries (APAC)
- Executes the Offer Management process and delivers the service level agreement (SLA)
- Calls candidates and follows up on pending document that needs to be submitted online
- Ensures the Recruitment system is up to date
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Graduates are welcome to apply
- Has good communication skills (additional language is an advantage)
- Very detailed-driven
- Enjoys working in a fast-pace environment
- Willing to work on public holidays
