Permanent Part-time; 2/3 days a week over a 15 hour working week 

Here’s a snapshot of your day;
  • Managing incoming telephone calls and ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
  • Meet and greet all clients and visitors and maintain the reception area
  • Ensure all deliveries are directed to the appropriate person
  • Liaise with contractors for maintenance requests
  • Provide administrative support as advised
  • Facilitating early and late functions occasionally when required outside of normal business hours
Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful;
  • Experience in a reception/guest relation role in corporate environment preferably in financial services industry
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to remain calm at all times
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Strong organisational skills and systems knowledge.
