Corporate client account (USA Global, Life Sciences)
Permanent Part-time; 30 hours per week, Mon-Thur, 7.5hrs per day
June start date

Here’s a snapshot of your day;
  • Provide an exceptional service experience when welcoming guests, visitors and employees
  • Managing incoming telephone calls and emails ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
  • Walk through the office floors and ensure all areas are in good condition and well-presented
  • Ensure all deliveries are directed to the appropriate person or location
  • Liaise with contractors for maintenance requests
  • Provide financial administrative support through tracking monthly invoice spend
  • Assist with meeting room / function set-up as required

  • A passion for delivering a great customer experience
  • Attention to detail, ability to use your initiative and bring new ideas
  • Experience in hospitality, reception/guest relations or property
  • Strong organisational skills, follow up and verbal communication
