You’d fit in This Role If You:

  • SPM and above
  • Possess at least 1-2 year of working experience in the related field in MNC environment
  • Good interpersonal skills, presentable and possess good communication skills
  • Must be able to converse in English and Malay fluently 
  • Excellent phone etiquette and proficient in Microsoft Office Application

What You Be Doing:

  • Attend to incoming calls and transfer the call to respective person or department accordingly
  • Welcome and handle walk in visitors, customers, candidates and suppliers
  • Order, monitor and maintain the inventory of the office stationery, pantry supplies, office equipment and other office supplies
