· Greet all visitors and internal clients in a professional manner.
· Advise the hosts as soon as guests arrive and ensure all visitor details are recorded.
· Ensure all visitors are directed to the appropriate area.
· Ensure all external guests are cleared through Security Control.
· Ensure the meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy.
· Report any faults in the meeting rooms to the relevant Line Managers immediately.
· Assist with training of new staff and/or support team members.
· Response to all incoming email and queries within the same work day/within 24 hours.
· Record messages and pass on any relevant information promptly.
· Handle car bookings, room reservations and all related soft services performed by CBRE.
· Take inventory on pantry items, office supplies.
· Handle incoming mails and direct vendor to appropriate recipient.
