1. Job Description: 

     A. RECEPTIONIST DUTIES:
  • Greeting, answer and transfer phone call as well as welcome guest in a professional manner
  • Check meeting rooms as well as the reception area 
  • Manage the car booking and meeting room booking
  • Handle incoming and outcoming mails
     B. ADMIN DUTIES:
  • Monthly update the contact list
  • Represent for CBRE to work with vendor about the flight and hotel reservation, check monthly debit note
  • Announce any information from building
  • Contact and liaise to collect the corporate rate for hotel reservation (included room and meeting room)
  • Ad-hoc reports: VN Air Travel - Carbon Reporting, CBRE Asia Carbon Emission Reporting- Car Fleet & Facility,…
     C. HR ADMINISTRATION DUTIES:
  • Follow up the expiry date of probation and labor contract, Translation company policy and compliance from English to Vietnamese and vice versa
  • Inform the newcomers and sending exit procedure
  • Check attendance record, finalize and send to Business Line Leader
  • Update staff leave entitlement
  • In charge of paperwork for expatriates: visa, temporary resident card
2. Requirement:
  • Bachelor Degree
  • 1-2 years experience in Admin & HR
  • MS Word, Excel: intermediate Level
  • English: Intermediate Level
