Business requirements for recovery site management resource for APAC and MEA. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Support SDM RSM in project-related activity, supporting changes to the existing portfolio of RSM sites, with the ability to independently lead key project activity for specific locations in APAC. Including - 
    • Lead demand analysis and Business stakeholder engagement to determine requirements, including Client Brief Capture and detailed demand data
    • Lead engagement with Leasing teams and Vendors (existing and new) to review and assess the options for Real Estate recovery solutions to meet the Business requirements
    • Ability to think outside the box for creative solutions
    • Lead engagement with Technology and Project Teams to assess the changes required and effort to achieve
    • Basic financials analysis including capture of existing and proposed financials and working with the Financial Modelling team to model the options
    • Lead working group discussions and ensure contributions from working group members
    • Preparation of presentation materials and approval papers – including working group, SteerCo and OpCo, and the AsiaPac Real Estate Committee (APREC) documentation  
    • Assistance/oversight on project implementations - project activity will vary depending on site location, but may include site restacks, site downsize/restructuring, site exits and new site implementations
  • To provide facilitation, coordination and management support is respect of the clients RSM (Recovery Site Management) program;
  • To actively contribute to and support the delivery of the Recovery Site program in accordance with client expectations and the direction of the Client Service Delivery Manager for RSM;
  • To liaise with and assist the Corporate Services team and applicable SDM (Service Delivery Managers) to integrate the Recovery Site portfolio within the wider CS managed portfolio of sites and properties;
  • To facilitate, conduct, coordinate and record stakeholder group meetings and other collaboration activities in support of the RSM program;
  • To stand in for the SDM RSM where required and appropriate (i.e. to cover for planned and unplanned absences / overlapping commitments and business travel events etc.);
  • To bring management and facilities related coordination expertise and experience in the safe and effective execution of the RSM mandate and mission;
  • To integrate effectively with the wider CBRE Facilities Management team to ensure the activities of both the RSM team and wider FM delivery teams are coordinated and aligned for the benefit for both CBRE and the clients’ operational requirements 

 *This position is required for 6 months only (Oct 2019 to Apr 2020)
