We are a growing product management team within CBRE’s digital and technology group.  Our mission is to empower both the enterprise and its constituent lines of business with sales enablement technology.  We offer an opportunity for an experienced and creative Product Manager to take a pivotal role in this effort and join our D&T team supporting multiple lines of business.  This role will primarily support the Global Salesforce product for the Asia Pacific region and can be based in either Sydney, Singapore or Hong Kong.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, clearly understand their needs and communicate the team’s roadmap
  • Own and manage the product backlog and priority of work
  • Understand and articulate the product strategy and direction
  • Translate concepts and requirements into an end-to-end user experience and choose the appropriate medium and fidelity for its effective communication
  • Develop and prioritize a product roadmap
  • Identify the MVP for products to ensure customer feedback is collected as early as possible and integrated in subsequent versions
  • Work closely with engineers to execute your roadmap and deliver solutions to the market
  • Regularly Interview customers and distill actionable insights
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
  • 7+ years’ relevant work experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.  CRM experience highly regarded
  • Combination of technical and business background preferred
  • Proven ability to motivate team members with influence to accomplish goals
  • Ability to cover gaps that may exist within the team to get the product shipped
  • Proven ability to create and manage product roadmaps maintaining a ‘customer first’ approach
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience in Agile and Scrum approaches and well versed in modern SaaS technology stack
  • Experience with product design and labor analytics
  • Flexibility to work with teams located in other times zones
