Due to continued business expansion, we have an opportunity for an Operations Director in Manila to work with our Global and Regional platform driving best practice, consistency and identifying efficiencies. This position is essential to ensuring the timely delivery of quality services and plays a significant role in the success of our Portfolio Services platform.
Leading and developing a team of professionals responsible for lease administration and portfolio services activities, your key responsibilities will include:
Accountable for integrity of all data managed by the Global SSC in Manila, including proactive review of all data and ongoing improvements.
Work with the Global PS Operations lead and Local Head of PS for APAC to drive operational consistency and identify efficiencies in delivery models.
Partner with multiple stakeholders globally in a matrix environment across multiple clients and activity.
Ensure account delivery complies with contractual scope and obligations as set out in the contract.
Establish operations and strategic objectives for a lease administration Centre of Excellence consisting of multiple teams.
Coordinate and prepare long-range planning for educational programs to train and enhance skill set of lease administration staff and provide clear career paths.
Assist with resourcing and pricing for prospective and existing clients during RFI/P’s.
Maintain standard service agreements as approved by CBRE legal counsel for various service levels.
Prepare, track and adhere to the budget and plan.
Host client meetings and workshops during SSC visits.
Skills & Experience Required:
Extensive COE management experience.
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with Accounting, Finance or Real Estate.
10 years commercial real estate experience preferred.
