Regional Head Occupancy Management (OM)

CBRE in APAC has been bidding for and securing OM work with its major clients over the past three years. The purpose of this new role is to clarify the business opportunity and ensure that appropriate SME capability, leadership and operational platform is put in place to ensure that current/existing clients are well serviced and leverage this line of business to create broader strategic opportunities.

Ensure that all Occupancy Management resources are profitably priced on account roles and any variable bids (consulting activities and/or account transitions).  Develop and execute a strategy to inform market of CBRE capability, services and tools related to Occupancy Management. Identify and follow up leads

Lead all proposals for Occupancy Management and Planning in Asia and Pacific – including developing pitch strategies, preparing proposals, preparing the CBRE team for pitches, attending pitches, tracking and reporting on proposals. Ensure that the talent on this team has access to a support platform including tools, knowledge management platform and other support as appropriate to enable their success. Identify opportunities for innovation, new products and services as well as the optimization of existing services.

Profitably operate and build a business line.  Understands how to operate a P+L.
Able to identify and exploit/create new opportunities in the market. Be convincing positioning the service and selling in a pitch situation. Strong understanding of current and emerging client needs in the market.  Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.  Solid understanding of the need for discretion when dealing with sensitive information and demonstrates the ability to act accordingly. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.  Able to cope with ambiguity and cut through to make decisions. S
Strong understanding of existing industry approaches, methodologies, tools, best practice, key benchmarks.  Ability to prepare ‘winning’ proposals.  Ability to give expert/executive oversight to client teams. Management ability to train, develop, manage a team, manage stakeholder relationships within/outside CBRE.  Accurately identify the type and quantity of resources to meet client defined requirements
