The Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. To generate agency business in the sale and/or leasing of properties for the Department and Company, working as an integral member of a cohesive team to meet the Department’s sales targets.
2. To service the sale or leasing requirements of clients, nurture client relationships and cultivate and secure repeat business and referrals for the Department and Company.
3. To assist in marketing programmes, collation of data information, and research activities.
4. To carry out any other duties as assigned by your Department Head or the Management.
1. Bachelor degree with at least 1 year’s office leasing experience.
2. Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese.
3. Ability to understand the needs of clients.
4. Sound mathematical skills.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaboration and team work approach in business.
