  • responsible for implementing the full complement of marketing activities to support the strategic regional GWS Marketing function and annual program, working directly with the Head of Marketing & Communications (Marcomms), GWS, APAC.
  • Support the development of GWS enterprise/business-line and divisional marketing strategies in partnership with Head of Marketing & Communications, GWS, Asia Pacific;
  • Guide and support Divisional/Business Line Leaders and their respective marketing leads on the development and implementation of targeted Marketing plans in line with CBRE brand guidelines and standards
  • Support the development and roll-out of engaging, integrated multi-channel campaigns across the GWS annual occupier research program
  • Plan and manage key GWS meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating central GWS mailing lists;
  • brand ambassador continually promote and police brand use and awareness both internally and externally
  • manage and track all marketing communication spend in central GWS Marcom budget; 

Key requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 year-education in a relevant field i.e. marketing, communication, public relation, economics or commerce (experience in property industry an advantage) or Professional Marketing Accreditation e.g. CIM/CMMP 
  • 5 years+ experience in marketing management in a service-related industry
  • Experience working with budgets and forecasting
