We currently have a rare opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Hong Kong. This is a busy and dynamic role supporting marketing campaigns on behalf of large public listed Companies for the sales of high end developments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Marketing Manager on all marketing activities and compiling projects marketing materials for the sales team
  • Assist the Operations Manager with departmental administration
  • Support the smooth running of the team by performing secretarial duties as required
  • Compile a Weekly Competitor’s Report including Competitors Advertisements for the department
  • Ensure Salesforce is up to date
  • Maintaining sales bookings documentation for the team
  • Arrange conference calls, meeting schedules and reports as required

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 2 years’+ administrative support experience within a busy team
  • Real estate or MNC experience preferred
  • Ability to attend and assist exhibitions during some weekends each month
  • Interest in Property and Marketing essential
  • Experience leveraging social media platforms for marketing such as Instagram or WeChat advantageous
  • Fluent spoken and written Chinese and English, with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive with an appetite for challenges
