Key Responsibilities:
Administrative
● Arrange appointments including necessary preparation work and follow-up
● Organize meetings, liaising with clients and staff for room set-up as needed
● Manage and maintain up-to-date client contact database (Outlook and Excel)
● Process invoices and expense claims in a timely manner, as well as all necessary follow-up work
● Maintain vendor database
Communications
● Assist with Campaign Logic (e-marketing program) for variety of announcements, internal and external
● Post press releases and make text changes on cbre.com websites as instructed
● Support in content creation (with Korean translation if necessary), includes writing and creating basic visual elements (e.g. photo collages/ basic presentation deck) 
● Assist with content gathering and press clipping reports to send to regional communications team
● Manage content on intranet for corporate information and Asia Marcomms pages 
● Undertake additional tasks as requested and approved by the Head of Marketing & Communications, Korea
Marketing
● Work alongside Head of Marketing & Communications to produce corporate merchandise and liaise with vendor(s)
● Assist with award submission(s) and nominations forms
● Assist with roll out of select marketing initiatives as instructed by the Head of Marketing & Communications
● Support the Head of Marketing & Communications to execute the overall digital marketing and communications umbrella platform and strategy for Korea to increase Corporate brand and business brand profile 
● Take principal responsibility for the digital platforms operation including but not limited to social media, mobile marketing, web-marketing (with the company website) and all e-marketing (both external and internal) support
● Assist e-marketing initiatives including Korea Big Wins, newsletter and other ad-hoc campaigns
● Assist with and provide logistical support for all events as instructed 
● Assist with creating and coordinating events collateral including name badges, marketing artwork
● Assist in compiling post-event debriefs
● Carry out other assignments and marketing admin duties as directed         

Required Knowledge & Skills:
● Excellent writing and editing capabilities
● Fluent spoken and written skills in both English and Korean
● Client focused, demonstrating ability to provide quality service 
● Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
● Proficient user of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and refined knowledge of computer tools; Video editing (i.e. Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro), Graphic creation (i.e. InDesign/ Photoshop/ Adobe Illustrator) is a plus
● Enthusiastic and reliable individual with a ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to learn
● Proven ability to multi-task and operate efficiently, spotting opportunities to improve operational effectiveness
● Strong interpersonal / team-work skills
Experience & Qualifications
● A minimum of 4 year-education in a relevant field i.e. marketing, communication, public relations, economics or commerce 
● University graduate with at least 1-year experience working in a marketing-skewed and digital environment (Advertising/Digital/PR agency, Product Marketing, Marketing Communications role), preferably with an international company
● Experience providing administrative/analytical/logistical support in a fast-paced environment
● Marketing and Communications experience desirable but not essential; should have desire to progress in marcomms role
● Knowledge of social and digital media channels 
● Advanced level in Microsoft Suite–Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
● Knowledge of InDesign and Sharepoint a plus
● Proactive in problem solving and detail minded and creative with a willingness to roll your sleeves up, with a passion within B2B industry
● Experienced in operating and proficient user of digital marketing backstage platforms, including social media, SEO, html, mobile and overall alignment between cross platform is plus
● Self-motivated, think-out-of-the-box, creative, proactive and be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
