CBRE is looking to expand its current Technical service self-delivery team based in Sydney. The team support our clients and account teams with high quality general maintenance services that support our on-site facilities teams by completing maintenance and repair tasks across multiple client accounts
We have opportunities coming up in the coming months and are seeking Expressions of Interest for Maintenance Handy Person role.
Key tasks you will be responsible for:
• Performs assigned day-to-day general maintenance and corrective repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance.
• Completes maintenance and repair records as required using mobile technology.
• Reviews assigned work orders, estimates time and materials needed to complete repairs.
• Orders necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks
• Maintain lighting systems throughout client facility, cleaning fixtures and replaces bulbs and lamps.
• Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.

• Suitable trade qualifications or experience

• Valid Driver’s License
