Manage overall customer and vendor visits. This includes:
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions. Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
- Manage overall company dispatch services.
- Logistics supports (Shipment arrangement, dealing with SIRIM department and AP permit application).
- Manage and maintain IT assets such as laptop, PC and projectors.
- Manage service request related to meeting room set up and other ad hoc events by the client.
- Manage overall logistic for all company events such as, space questions, room setup and equipment available.
- Ensure all invoices are accounted for and reconcile with finance department.
- Manage new hire kits (laptop, access and office tour)
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
- Assists in the receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
- Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.
- Ensure compliance of all safety regulation and manage overall cleanliness of work area.
