  • Be a focal point of country learning and development activities on scheduling and logistics for company events, workshops since delivery stage to record and evaluation
  • Champion of onboarding program
  • Act as LMS coordinator to support local employees and coordinate with Share Service team for solution provided
  • Perform other duties or specific developmental projects as assigned

Employee Engagement

  • Lead and Initiate employee engagement activities to strengthen employee relationships across levels and BU
  • Act as a country coordinator of annual employee engagement survey and actions tracker

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree or higher in any related field with at least 5 years direct experience and hands-on experience in Employee Engagement or Learning and Development function
  • Effective Communication skills, strong verbal and written communication skills both Thai and in English
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
  • Initiative, Result-oriented, Energized and fast learner with minimal supervision
  • Having mindset of Respect people, Integrity, Service and do things Excellently
