Primary Role Objectives
•A communication professional responsible for the development and execution of Internal Communications strategies across the Greater China region.
•Direct support to the big scale company communication campaigns, including communications from Greater China CEO, China President and respective Regional MDs.
•In the capacity of communications, play a strategic role in the Greater China employee engagement program with support from the Human Resources team.
•In the capacity of communications, partner with Human Resources to drive the overall employer branding program in Greater China. 
•Carry out other related assignments as directed by key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities/Duties – Marketing & Communications
•Drive the development and execution of internal communication strategies across the Greater China region, which includes:
­Development of comprehensive strategies for internal communications. 
­Standardizing the protocol of internal communications and providing guidelines for various internal communication initiatives.
­Creation of a proactive and strategic internal communications programs for the senior leadership communications.
­Reviewing communication materials from an overall brand perspective by acting as the curator of contents created by respective subject matter experts/project owners.  
­Providing guidance on communicating the broader regional business strategy. 
­Responsible for key internal communications tools including digital media, intranet and printed materials. Development of new internal communication platform as required (i.e., Greater China internal newsletter).

•Working closely with the Greater China Head of HR and the respective regional team to drive employee engagement initiatives, to include:
­Incorporating and driving Employee Advantage across all areas of the business from a brand perspective.
­Providing communication plans around cultural programs (i.e., Above & Beyond)
­Creation of strategic communication plans and the subsequent execution for the Sales Platform initiatives.

•Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to drive and promote employer branding in the marketplace, including employer branding social media campaigns, alumni programs etc.

•Work closely with APAC Head of Design to create brand identity and consistency in all communications.

•Develop strong relationships with CBRE’s global/regional internal communications community with a view to sharing best practice and in developing a unified approach where appropriate.

•Drive innovation and creativity in all internal communications activities.

Required Knowledge & Skills
•Experience in a broad-based internal communications role in property, financial services and professional services.
•A hands-on, expert project manager, with a demonstrated ability to deliver results, from planning through to execution, with a strategic oversight.
•Experience in various people related campaigns. (such as townhall meetings and alumni program)
•Client focused, with the aptitude to provide a quality service and recommendations within the communications field.
•The ability to engage with senior stakeholders as well as the ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization 
•Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write in corporate and individual styles in both Chinese and English.
•Fluent in all aspects of the communications spectrum. 
•Ability to work cooperatively as part of the broader Marcomms and HR teams, and independently as required.
•Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. 
•Microsoft packages –Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
•Experience in a broad marketing role – brand, media, digital, events etc. would be an advantage.

Experience & Qualifications
•University degree with at least 10 to 12 years of professional experience, the professional services industry would be an advantage.
•Strong strategic thinking with events management experience. 
•Presentation skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
•Fluency in spoken and written skills, both English and Mandarin (mainland China based).
