I. Reception service: (Priority)
? Provide Helpdesk service to coordination facility management in response to various requests, questions, and incidents. Update and follow the work order.
? Dedicated to support foreign visitors.
? To perform receptionist general work
? Handle and transfer all incoming telephone calls to proper individual or provide information and/ or take messages.
? Hotel reservation and logistics/ travel assistance to visitors and internal employees.
? Coordinate for shuttle bus and boundary van.
2. Department admin works
? Responsible for department documents, records and filing
? Coordinate for the environment cleanliness of the office and meeting room.
? Monthly check related dept bills and invoice.
? Provide overall support and assistance to Facility Officer in the performance of various facility management duties.
? Other tasks assigned by clients.
