HR Supervisor/Manager

1. Key Responsibilities:

     a. HR Supervisor
  • Design People Plan with GWS Vietnam Leadership team
  • Key Contact for HR matters with GWS Managers (Local and Regional) including governance related to Vietnamese Labour Laws and SMUI
  • Provide HR guidelines for the implementation and interpretation of policies and programs
  • Link overall HR strategy into business plans for all lines of business within country
  • Onboarding:  Responsible for onboarding of staff on or prior to ‘Go Lives’ of Transitions and all New Hires to CBRE
  • Employee Relations: Handles and guides Managers on all grievances and disciplinary procedures 
  • Immigration:  Lead work permit process for any expatriate employees  
  • Training:  work with Account Managers on training needs and advise on available internal training programs
  • Compensation and Benefits: Leads the GWS Compensation Planning process and guides Managers on CBRE C&B policies
     b. Transitions:
  • Drive and responsible for HR activities on GWS Transitions
  • Provide HR insight into operational issues and goals and provides guidance to Managers
  • Recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers when interviewing staff from incumbents during transitions
  • Monitor staffing processes during transition hiring process to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Support internal job posting and transfers program in conjunction with internal Talent Acquisition team members 
     c. Talent Acquisition/Recruitment:
  • Lead Talent Acquisition Process for GWS Hires
  • Identify and develops sources for qualified candidates by establishing relationships with any universities, technical schools, diversity community agencies
2. Requirement:
  • Strong communication, influencing and presentation skills; proven ability in stakeholder management;
  • Strong innovative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task in a high paced environment;
  • Ability to assess a situation and adapt quickly, making sound decisions; Strong process control, decision-making and analytical skills;
  • Bachelor's Degree and above
  • 5 + year experience in HR Management with excellent English communication
  • Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, SMUI and related HR laws
