HR Transition Management:
  • Successful delivery of overall account transitions on time and within project budget
  • Leadership of the transition teams in China
  • Ownership of the complete end to end transition process throughout the RFP process to the handover to the account operations team. 
  • Working with other regional transition teams to continue to develop and update the well-established CBRE transition process, standard operating procedures and templates to better deliver a customer-centric culture, the stakeholder engagement model, the platform and the framework for commercial success at ‘go-live’.
  • Organization and training of local regional transition team
  • Responsible for providing HR with all the details and timelines of the transition to meet the deadlines
  • Build relationships, profile and look to promote the team’s services within the local senior stakeholders in the region
  • Other duties as assigned
HR Program Management:
  • Leads low to medium cross-functional projects and programs end-to-end using a formal PMO process.  Facilitates the development of a charter and integrated timeline.  Ensures all functions remain on schedule and issues get resolved or escalated. Responsible for program is competition
  • Facilitates regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects (project pipeline).  Collaborates with core team to develop solutions and leads project team through implementation and completion
  • Responsible for reporting status of individual and groups of projects and programs.  Provides appropriate levels of detail, and summarizes complex issues succinctly
  • Manages internal and external relationships in support of program. May contract and manage vendors.  May provide consultation on complex low to medium scale projects that integrate into an organized program
  • Creates, maintains & distributes routine PMO reports, including status reports and updated Gantt charts
  • May manage/oversee a team who are responsible for the delivery of a portfolio of projects and programs.  Serves as the primary client contact and escalation point for any staffing, bandwidth or delivery issues
  • Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Individual contributor, no direct responsibility for leading others, but need to coordinate with relative parties to complete the tasks efficiently and effectively.

Education and Experience Certificate and/or Licences:
  • Bachelor's Degree and above 5 + year experience in HR transition management and/or HR project/program management
  • Strong process control, decision-making and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability in project/program management processes, tools and techniques
  • Ability to build and maintain effective professional/client relationships
  • Good influencing skills and the ability to impact stakeholders
  • Strong innovative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to do multi-task in a high paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in English language environment
  • Good Microsoft Office skills include WORD, EXCEL, PPT
  • Experience in similar industry is a plus
