We currently have an opportunity for a senior HR Operations Manager to join our Human Resources team on a 6-month fixed term contract. We are looking for an experienced individual to oversee the implementation of operational strategy and major change programs, as well as provide support to the HR Operations team. The successful candidate will also manage the merits and bonus recommendation process to ensure the accurate delivery of all compensation statements.
To be successful in this role you will have at least five years’ experience working in a HR Operations and/or C&B role. A strong knowledge of HK employment and labour relations laws is essential. Fluent spoken and written Cantonese / Mandarin will be an advantage.
The right candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as the role will require you to engage with a wide range of roles within the business. Some team management experience will also be useful.
