We currently have an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Human Resources team. We are looking for an experienced individual who would like to take on a role where you will provide talent acquisition and HR business advice to our Property Management team in CBRE. You will engage with business line leaders in the Property Management team on all recruitment and employee relations matters and work closely with the greater HR team on programs and initiatives.
To be successful in this role you will have at least five years’ experience working in a TA role and/or business partner role. If your TA or HR experience is gained in the real estate industry, that will be an advantage. Fluency in (preferably native) spoken and written Cantonese is required. The right candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as the role will require you to engage with a wide range of roles within the business. You will also need to have excellent time management skills. We will consider candidates at the Senior Officer or Assistant Manager level looking for a step-up in their career.
