This position is to support HRBP team with normal operation and manage Northern China onsite staff personnel files following CBRE internal rules. He/She should document staff information as well as job related information correctly and completely. He/she ensures on-time notice for maintenance of staffs' data in internal system (IHRIS). Besides, he/she will support HR team on other operational issues.
  • Be in charge of day-to-day employee relations work focus on personnel file/matters, e.g. Certificate preparation, other HR related documents support.
  • Coordinate new hire on board process including labor contract processes with company seal as well as courier arrangement, working with labor agencies on necessary documents submission;
  • Facilitates employee Exit Process.
  • Improve operation processes.
  • Prepare, maintain and provide info material and documents as needed.
  • Facilitate employment transaction based on defined operations processes to ensure quality delivery & compliance, including pre-onboarding & onboarding, exit process, probation, contract renewal, internal transfer, off-cycle promotion, etc.
  • Managing smooth Exit process in terms of completion of the full and final settlements for employees. Conducting Terminations/Exit Processes document findings and cycle it back for process betterment and thus help in maximizing retention.
  • HR database management support, timely review to ensure data high quality and timeliness.
  • Be involved to a variety of Human Resources related support tasks within the job function. Helping with the different aspects of day-to-day work like supporting HRBP in ongoing activities, admin related tasks and other HR ad-hoc.
  • Provide highly skilled, diversified, confidential, and administrative support of an executive nature to HRBP team. Render administrative support and other duties as requested in HR Department.

Requirements
  • University or above degree.
  • Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
  • Ability to deal with confidential information and several tasks simultaneously.
  • Detailed orientated.
  • Good user on world, Excel and Power point.
  • Open-minded team player and flexible to change.
