  • Manage the reception area by providing 5-star service whilst meeting and greeting all clients and visitors 
  • Manage incoming telephone calls and enquiries 
  • Manage catering and refreshments for all meetings and ad hoc requests
  • Ensure all rooms are in an orderly manner and report maintenance required
  • Administrative support to guest relations team  
  • Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful; 
  • Experience in a corporate or hospitality environment
