Management of country teams across a number of sites
Here’s a snapshot of your day:
Lead the delivery of FM services across multiple client accounts with the Data Centre business
Full operational leadership of team and P&L across multiple contracts
Strategy development and client relationship management
Manage staff teams on account and ensuring effectiveness
Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and that the correct process is implemented including CBRE and subcontractor activity
Solutions development, pitch presentations and consultation meetings.
Here are strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful:
Engineering qualification with experience within the FM industry
Experience managing a contract / account management with technical and hard services background
Team management experience across various locations
Strong data centre experience
Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
Excellent understanding of health and safety
