JOB SUMMARY

The key responsibility of the Financial Analyst position is to provide excellent financial support to the Regional/Global account leadership (Finance Account Lead and their operational teams), through added value financial analysis & to provide a valued input to the operational team. Assisting in the baseline of countries going live.

This position entails working at a client site in Gangnam, and is a regional role covering Japan and Korea.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.        Accounts Payable
-        Submission of AP Invoices
-        Liaise with client and local FC on invoices issues for JAPAN & KOREA countries
2.        OPEX Forecast and Recommit
3.        Budget Proposal
4.        Travel Tracking Report
5.        Manual and / or iProcurement PO
6.        Other Ad-Hoc Request
7.        Preparation and CBRE/Client Month End Activities
-        Monthly CBRE Closing
-        3rd Party Cost Reconciliation
-        Balance Sheet Reconciliation
8.        Accounts Payables
9.        Actual Cost Reconciliation
10.     ISA Transition
11.     CBRE Monthly Meeting
12.     Account Receivables
13.     Cost Tracker
14.     Plan and Budget
15.     Other Ad-Hoc Request


QUALIFICATIONS

-       Language: fluent in English, with some understanding of Japanese is preferred.
-       Minimum three years of related experience and/or training. (관련 경력 3년 이상)
-       Excellent IT Skills with extensive exposure to accounting packages, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (to include lookups & pivot tables)
-       Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and able to communicate with people at all levels across the account and develop effective relationships at all levels
-       Experience of working in an environment where delivering financial information within tight timescales is a pre-requisite
-       Self-motivated, proactive, reliable & flexible team player, and able to work on own initiative
-       Open and honest with high standards of personal integrity
