- Working location: On-site at client's office in 중구
The Facilities Engineer conducts extensive operations and maintenance work in a data center and/or critical environment facility.
?- Work includes managing the installation, repair and maintenance of critical and non-critical electrical, mechanical, and plumbing / piping equipment, machinery and controls located in client facilities.
?- Monitors operations and conducts daily routine and on-going assessment of the critical systems operations and performance.
?- Performs simple tests, rounds and analyzes data to ensure the proper functioning of equipment.
?- Work requires strong experience of operations skills, technical expertise, risk management, personal accountability, engineering project owner and flawless execution of work activities commensurate with a high-risk critical environment and associated expectations for exceptional customer satisfaction and confidence.
?- Performs additional job duties as requested.
?- Qualification and skill: BSc for mechanical and/or electrical engineering from an University or Polytechnic; excellent skill for MS office, reporting, business case; fixing furniture, doors, carpet, changing lamps, etc.
?- Communication: good comm skill for communicating with client, BMO; Korean + English (able to speak Japanese would be a benefit)
?- Experience: been an engineer or working in the engineering industry (foreign banking office) with data centre experience for 3+ years
