Key roles and responsibilities of the Finance Manager of Central are:
I. Provide efficient and effective execution of the day-to-day regional finance jobs of Central China. Work with the National Finance team to ensure the operational support is sufficient for Southern China.
II. Handle regular tax issues and help to solve the tax problem if any
III. Provide analysis to MD and Department Heads re the financial performance appraisal, forecast, and business planning of the Central China region
IV. Provide finance suggestion to MD and Department Heads to avoid the business risk (e.g. contract management, bad debt, tender planning etc.)
V. Ensure compliance requirement, business governance and financial control is properly implemented, e.g. Deal file review, company seal usage, document retention, etc.
VI. Support and coordinate Major events and other issues of Central China (Such as Annual Dinner, etc.)
VII. Provide other ad-hoc support to Central China.
* At least 5-8 years of finance experience, especially in tax, controlling, planning and analysis (budget& Reporting) related roles
* MNC background
* Good commercial sense and ability to drive changes
* Solid experience to manage external stakeholders, e.g. tax, local government etc.
* Good communication skills with fluency in English & Mandarin.
