- 准备操作和培训报告，停车场管理 （车位占有率/ 空置率），活动涉及的物品（活动支持类的工作）
- Administration & reception work.
- Vendor management including but not limited to cleaning, indoor plant, catering, pest control, stationary, consumables, etc.
- Storage management and conduct regular inventory checking on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Maximo system operating and ensure accurate system data.
- Prepare periodic operation & training service reports as required
- Record and submit PO, including routine work and project, monthly supply information to finance department for cost reimbursement from Client
- Information collection and transfer regular including: /contact list/Co tracking/other temporary information collection and update.
- Collect Invoice from vendors, supply payment request for payment
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Well-versed in Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications.
- Excellent in Chinese and English language.
- More than 2 years of working experience, in multinational company is preferred.
- Knowledge of contract management. Hands-on experience in vendor management preferred
