职责:
  • 行政与前台的工作。
  • 供应商管理包括清理,文具,等。
  • 定期仓库管理
  • 准备操作和培训报告,停车场管理 (车位占有率/ 空置率),活动涉及的物品(活动支持类的工作)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Administration & reception work.
  • Vendor management including but not limited to cleaning, indoor plant, catering, pest control, stationary, consumables, etc.
  • Storage management and conduct regular inventory checking on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • Maximo system operating and ensure accurate system data.
  • Prepare periodic operation & training service reports as required
  • Record and submit PO, including routine work and project, monthly supply information to finance department for cost reimbursement from Client
  • Information collection and transfer regular including: /contact list/Co tracking/other temporary information collection and update.
  • Collect Invoice from vendors, supply payment request for payment

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Well-versed in Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications.
  • Excellent in Chinese and English language.
  • More than 2 years of working experience, in multinational company is preferred. 
  • Knowledge of contract management. Hands-on experience in vendor management preferred
