RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinating and managing soft services vendors for offering essential services including management of car park, landscaping, cleaning, and event management
  • Receiving complaints and service requests from tenants and users
  • Taking corrective actions including replying complainants in relations to complaints
  • Conducting surveys and checks on quality of services delivered by the soft services vendors
  • Overseeing improvement actions from the vendors

REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Property Management/FM or related discipline
  • Degree holder preferably in property management or related discipline
  • Professional qualifications in facility/building management
  • Strong in administration work, organized and detail oriented;
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English 
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and especially MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
