Driving adoption of new client workplace strategies
Here is a snapshot of your day:
- Manage and implement workplace solutions for client account including FM operations
- Communicate with key stakeholders on projects and critical events to meet client satisfaction
- Responsible for portfolio budgeting and reporting
- Ensure all HSE procedures are followed and manage investigations
- Assist Corporate FM Leads with training and other ad doc requests.
Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful;
- Experience in facilities management
- Understanding of financials and occupancy budgets
- People management experience with proven record of developing a team
- Previous exposure in providing premium client service in outsourced environment
