Driving adoption of new client workplace strategies 

Here is a snapshot of your day:
  • Manage and implement workplace solutions for client account including FM operations
  • Communicate with key stakeholders on projects and critical events to meet client satisfaction
  • Responsible for portfolio budgeting and reporting
  • Ensure all HSE procedures are followed and manage investigations
  • Assist Corporate FM Leads with training and other ad doc requests. 
Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful;
  • Experience in facilities management
  • Understanding of financials and occupancy budgets
  • People management experience with proven record of developing a team
  • Previous exposure in providing premium client service in outsourced environment
