1. Technical Skills Required:

Well verse with the operation and maintenance of various facilities and engineering equipment e.g. UPS, generator, ATS, Vesda, Aircon, chilled water, etc.

Able to understand Mechanical & Electrical plans.

Project preparation and commissioning.

1. Have enough experience in facilities management.
2. Oral and written communication skills should be above average/average.
3. Should be a team player and can handle staff with different attitude.
4. Graduate and license engineer (mechanical or electrical).
