Job Responsibilities
  • Manages the room bookings for meeting/ event spaces to optimize utilization with considerations to operational capabilities
  • Personal engagement with the requestors to understand their event needs so that he/she can provide the right solution:
    • Space recommendations
    • Furniture/ buffet set-up
  • Technology support i.e. projector/teleconference/videoconferencing/microphones, etc
  • Vendor coordination: Includes AV/F&B/Security/Soft Services team/Cleaning
  • Event administration: Assist requestors with paperwork/risk assessments/signage, etc
  • Value-add by providing advice to improve quality of events (this comes from experience)
  • Back up reception as and when needed
  • Vendor management & escort
Job Requirements
  • With event coordination experience
  • Min. Diploma in relevant studies
  • Min. 2 years of experience
  • Good organization and coordination skills
  • Good communication skills, high flexibility
  • Team player with the capabilities to work independently
  • Ability to work under pressure and fast paced environment
