Here’s a snapshot of your day;
  • Responsible for the delivery of efficient and cost effective premises management in client offices;
  • Direct liaison with client management, personnel and external service providers as necessary to fulfil the role.
  • Work with building management, supervisors and contractors to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner;
  • Conduct monthly inspections of Sydney tenancy covering all aspects of the facilities and premises management services including identification of issues relating to contractors, building management and outstanding maintenance;
  • Monitor service standards in line with client expectations on an ongoing basis
  • Provide high levels of communication and coordination with regional Client and internal stakeholders including but not limited to SMEs, risk & assurance etc
Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful;
  • Administration experience, preferably in Real Estate industry
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all level
  • Ability to multi-tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Strong administration, organizational and time management skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage the stakeholder expectation
  • Resilient and ability to work independently
