Responsibilities of a mailroom clerk:
- Responsible for the mailroom function and ensure is monitored to the highest standard.
- Internal mail delivery/pick up as nominated by client
- Ensure outgoing mail and courier requests are collated and met required deadlines
- Practice cost effective, compliant mail service
- Maintain records for mail room functions
- Ad hoc office support
